1. Who we are
Ext Ops Panel (extops.dev) is an operational control panel that helps developers of Chrome (MV3) extensions see installs, uninstalls, Chrome Web Store health and their own metrics. It is used by extension developers, not by the end users of those extensions.
2. What we collect
- Sign-in data. If you sign in with Google, we receive your email address and basic profile (OAuth scopes
openid,email,profile) solely to create and secure your account. - Device identity. A public cryptographic key generated in your browser is used to authenticate your requests. The private key never leaves your device.
- Operational data you connect. Aggregated install / uninstall / reinstall counts and the uninstall-reason feedback that you configure for your own extensions.
3. How we use it
Only to provide the dashboard, alerts and metrics you set up. We do not sell your data, do not serve ads, and do not collect end-users' browsing history. Data is aggregate-by-default.
4. Sharing
We share data only with services required to run the product: Google (sign-in), Telegram (if you enable alerts), and our payment provider (if you subscribe). Each receives only what is necessary.
5. Retention & your rights
We keep data only as long as needed to provide the service. You can request access to, export of, or deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.
